Looks like they'll skip the facelift and go straight to a new platform with cosmetic and tech upgrades like they did with the Golf 6.

Timing is good, it'll be about 2016 when they get the new Polo GTI out so it should be a nice upgrade

Me too. By than I might have to still buy the extra 2 years warranty considering just got mine since Xmas . It is like hook on classic golf gti or polo gti but mostly this time another polo gti .its plenty of savings plus easier for city driving smile .cheers tay
