opinions on changing the wheels on my polo please!!!
opinions on changing the wheels on my polo please!!!
currently have the 16" polo GTI wheels on my car and would really like to get something bigger and more sporty! what do you think of these Detroits 18", i just cant decide if it would go well with yellow, opinions please!
Sorry man, i can see that picture xD I mean can you give me the exact name of the disks so i can google and buy it?
p.s. got savanna yellow as well — it rawks xD
originally wanted black disks as well but i dunno, it looks ok from one angle and it looks awful from another.. so i want to go with silver for now.
If you want black 18s i d go with these babes from je design
yeah ive seen those wheels too I just cant decide. yeah its been lowered, but that photo was taken before i had it lowered, used eibach springs, would still like to go a tad lower at the back though =)
I must say, I'm really not a fan of the black Denvers, it's too much black with nothing to break up the colour. I would suggest getting proper Detroit knock-offs, the pictures you have are the Denver/Monza type wheel. Detroits are black, then have the outer face machined, then clear-coated.
If its brand new the price rawks. I checked the price on original disks and the price is a bit depressing. Somewhat $600 / per disk for 17 inchers gti.
I found this babes. Prolly gonna get it.
Anyone can compare weight 16 vs 16? Not sure where to check it.
I am cheap i guess xD
Those are known as "Bora Sport" wheels here, amazing wheels and good luck getting them anywhere near that cost in australia, they are probably the most sort after VW wheel they ever brought to australia, I know, i tried getting them for my Mk4 Golf!
