    Quattro Motors

    Hi All,

    Trying to order a HP Polo GTI CAI seems to be very difficult. I called HP directly and they were very helpful, but i have to order from Quattro as i'm in WA. Every time I've called Quattro nobody can answer any questions, or the right person is having lunch etc. I couldn't even get an answer regarding stock availability...

    Anyone else experienced this? I've been told they are a good group to deal with, but i'm starting to wonder...

    I called Quattro today, left a message, they got back to me within the hour - all sorted.
    i know they are busy (a refelection on how popular they are?)

    perservere and maybe dont call during lunchtimes

      I'd have to agree with gareth_oau.
      They are definitely very busy most times I contact them, but I always get a response sooner or later.

      I've been taking my cars there for years, and have always had great service.

        good to hear... i just get a little worried doing these mods to a brand new car, but it seems both of you have done many mods. if other people are happy, then all good

          Our fault, we only got the airbox info to them after you called, they were supposed to get it on Monday

              As above - they are always busy with a small workshop etc. Had to book for a service 4 weeks ahead but I've always been happy with them!

                Just discovered they are our (WA) APR installers... so much for no performance mods...

                    Quattro are fantastic.

                    They installed my reversing Cam in my polo GTI as I was too lazy and it works perfectly.

                    I'm also getting them to install the APR Polo GTI intercooler upgrade shortly.
                    MY12.5 Candy White 5 door Polo GTI. Upgrades/Mods = RNS510 H LED, RVC camera, Auto Lights Dash Sound Actuator GTI button, Gavs Footrest(!)
                    WIP = Miltek Turboback Exhaust, Cold Air Intake, Red Stuff brake pads (Nov '13)
