  • What did you pay for springs on your Polo?

    Hi all,

I've been quoted $800 for 25/30mm eibach springs, wheel alignment and fitting of the springs and my whiteline rear sway bar... This was from peddlers suspension in booragoon...

What have you guys been paying for your springs and where from?

    Cheers,

    Josh

Does that include the cost of the swaybar, or just install? I think I paid $240 landed for H & R springs from Orange Tuning in Deutschland, $280 for the Whiteline swaybar, and $310 for Pedders Geebung to install the lot (I thought this was steep but got 4 other quotes and they were the cheapest, couldn't believe it). So if including the cost of the swaybar then it's good, if not then you could do better with a ring-around.

P.S. Go the 40mm drop at the back with the H & R 25/40's, it needs it.

25/40mm spring drop is better imo.

Looked at coilies vs Spring, H&R springs are engineered for our dampers plus since its such a small drop the car "shouldn't" bottom out.
