You know you can put a heated seat kit into the standard seats.

            Operating the heated seats!

            Hey Guys,

Just a quick question in regards to the heated leatherette/alcantara seats. I have also ordered them in my car (and never seen them) as we own a MY10 comfortline Golf with the heated leather seats, so I couldn't order my car without them!

My question is, do they function the same way as in turning them on and off in the dash through the heating system? To be more specific, I have ordered the comfort pack also and I know to turn them on in the golf you set the tempurature and press the knob to turn it on... Is it the same with the Polo?

Sorry for such a pathetic question but im curious to know hehe!

It is a simple press button operation; one press for full strength; two press for half; three press for off. If you have them on full strength after about 15 minutes they go to half strength automatically.

Thanks for the response William_Foster, much appreciated!

I have literally only seen 4 Polos on the road since I've ordered mine so I am just waiting as patiently as possible! Hopefully two months to go now until she arrives!
