Saw some deliveries at VW Camberwell last Saturday. All I could see was a less than impressive bottle of red wine.

Ah, forgot the bottle of wine that the dealer gave me when I got the car.

What exactly was the welcome pack you got when you picked up your cars? I just got a couple keychains and rewards card from the dealer, nothing specific from VW.

No idea about welcome packs but got my VW ID from the VW Mag they send you! Entered the comp, which was titled "What is in your boot?"

got to agree - bit light on - but lets hope it gets more customer only content as it goes...I've completed their online form asking a question - lets see if it's faster than the main enquiry window...

Well on the 16th I completed the YouVW online enquiry form. Its now 16 days later and no reply. Looks like JaneAusten was right - looks good - little value.

Come on VTub surely you have to support new services you put out - one way is to reply to enquiries - that's part of Customer Service 101.

Unlike most DSG cars...its stalled. Don't waste your time, unless your ***** bored...your better off polishing the car
