    Anyone dived into this yet ?

    YouVW < Owners Area < Volkswagen Australia

    it's off the owners area of the main VW Aus web page, but I cannot work out my VW Id - needless I am just off the phone to VW but fed up waiting on hold -

    is it my VIN number or something less complex to remember ?

    ...and whats in there, for those that managed to log in ???

    It says check your welcome pack?

      I did - my pack has a great big number looks like my VIN - either way - it's not what YouVW wants.

      Have you tried yours ?

        I checked mine and it's definitely not in mine. I called the number and they just gave it to me. So call the number.

              Aside from the iPad competition, is there anything useful once you get in?

                    got to agree - bit light on - but lets hope it gets more customer only content as it goes...I've completed their online form asking a question - lets see if it's faster than the main enquiry window...

                      What exactly was the welcome pack you got when you picked up your cars? I just got a couple keychains and rewards card from the dealer, nothing specific from VW.

                          Got two surveys, a welcome pack with card, membership card, warranty info, customer service info etc - took about 4 weeks to arrive.

                              Saw some deliveries at VW Camberwell last Saturday. All I could see was a less than impressive bottle of red wine.
