I'd just been thinking how rare (and privileged) we Polo owners are, when a week ago a Pepper Grey passed me in Canberra. I had to do a double take and make sure I wasn't in our people mover watching my wife go by. Nope - it was a fellow dubber. Then this Saturday I took the kids to Maccas for a treat (playground for them, vanilla late for me) and decided to treat the Polo to a car wash, and low and behold we pulled in behind a red TDi waiting to get it's wash down treat.

I saw a grey TDI at Bracken Ridge Plaza on Tuesday. Starting to see them more and more often now. It must mean ours are coming!

Seen quite a few GTI's rolling around in Brisbane -_-

Even the one i was told wasnt being sold (Dealership Demo) and low and behold, sold sign on it when i went in to get the wipers fixed

I think when the loan is done and dusted for mine, GTI (or the R if the Rumours are true) it shall be!!!

Still haven't seen a single GTI on the roads yet so I will continue to feel better than everyone else on the roads until I see one. that is until I pull up next to a golf R and get jealous...

Was driving home the other day following a new white golf GTI had a silver TSI polo behind me.

There was a candy white one behind me on Whitehorse Road this morning. I turned left at the lights and it zoomed past me....I couldn't stop looking at it. Seriously, I've gotta stop perving on them every time I see one or I'm going to crash my car and then the wait for the Polo will be even worse!!

I must be seeing things....twice now I've seen a brown Polo on the way in to work (I don't know if it's the same one). The first time I saw it, it was very overcast and raining so I thought it might have been a pepper grey that looked brown because of the poor lighting conditions. But then I saw another one several days later on a sunny day and it was definitely brown. Brown might sound awful but it was a beautiful shade. I don't where where he got it from because I'm pretty sure they don't come in brown.
