Motor magazine awarded it ahead of RS Clio Balboni 200 and the Citroen DS3 a few months back, am hanging out for another comparo with it though because when they did the hot lap around Winton (could have been wakefield, it was one of the "W" tracks
) the rain had just started whereas the other 2 had dry laps...

Mate check the latest Wheels, 11 car hot hatch shoot out. R, Golf GTI and Polo GTI are all in it. It's the March issue with the MP4 12C on the front cover. Understandably though, with a WRX, focus RS and the R in the field, the PoG didn't receive enough attention for me to justify the $8.95 I paid. Again I was overexcited.Comment
