The GTI has H7s at the front for main and dipped beams and W5W for the parkers.

Those BlueVisions you linked to should be appropriate but you'll need two sets.

Is the two sets for low beam and high beam?

i have tried all the switches yet cant figure it out? I must be missing something?

the light switch pulls out twice (two clicks), first for front fogs, then the second out is for the rear fog.

The wiring connector or the plastic connectors that hold the light in? Either way, you do need a fair bit of force to release either of them.
