Just wondering if any has serviced their Polo yet? Mine is due for its first service (15k) and they have quoted me $440, which seems a bit excessive. What price have you paid?

$350 at Burwin in FerntreeGully. Good service as well. Just got my Golf serviced, but asked about the Polo (as I have one) they said same price.Last edited by tdiwabbit; 07-02-2011, 06:06 PM.

Call up ABS. They're pretty cheap too. My first was $260 (2009 GTI).MY16 MK7 Golf GTI

$440 seems too much for an oil change service that uses $70 worth of oil and $30 worth of filter.....Should be $250 max and that's allowing a generous labour amount.sigpic

15k you'd be aiming for early to mid $300. Ring around & get the convenient place to price match (if they have a good rep - there are some VW shops I wouldn't trust a billycart to).Last edited by brad; 09-02-2011, 03:30 PM.carandimage The place where Off-Topic is On-Topic

Allegiance, Burwin I had mantioned previous post is a VW dealership, (in case you werent aware).
I bought my Golf from Essendon, Polo from Camberwell.
those two and Barloworld were dear, Burwin was the cheapest I could find for service.
I too would be interested to hear if there are any cheaper VW delaerships for 15K service as my Polo is coming up soon for service.
