What have you done with your Polo so far (and today)
Not exactly cheap but comparable to other CAI on the market price wise. I prefer the look to say the VW Racing intake.
I had mine fitted inside the 1st 100 KM's so I can't really compare to stock.
You can hear it 'sucking' but it's not open pod so it's barable & enclosed so less chance of plod stickering you.
Which one did you have fitted and how much did it cost?
Had the last of my upgrades completed today. APR Stage 2 ECU Tune, HP DSG Tune, installed Wagner Tuning Intercooler and Milltek Downpipe.

Decided to release my inner 17 year old and put in a "Clarion Bass Pack"

First was to work out where the power cord was going to go, up over the wheelarch and through a little grommit inside the door cavity was my best option!
Pulling out the innards of the door cavity to expose the grommit which meets inside the passenger side floorwell
Inside the wheel arch facing the passenger door (don't even ask how I got it to go back in when I was done......)
Feeding the power cable up over the wheel arch and up behind the headlight in the engine bay with a coathanger, which is conveniently next to the battery
Power cable up behind the battery
Feeding the power cable inside the door cavity behind the wheel arch into the grommit
Behind the carpet and the side foot guard on the passenger footwell
Shining a light behind the back of the steering column to work out where to feed the RCA cables through
I ran the RCA cables down the opposite side of the car to ensure I don't get any unwanted interference
Feeding them through with a long coat hanger and alot of swearing and contorsionism.
