        • fitted the eibach pro kit today, needs some time to settle. They seem good for springs only, no jarring or anything surprisingly weird or dangerous at all, drives kinda like it did stock

i've come to the realisation i probably could have taken a closer photo... theres always tomorrow... car is in dire need of a wash

Doesn't look much lower then stock, have you got a before and after ?

i think its because the road leans over quite a lot there, the otherside would be lower. i'll try to dig up a before shot

Looks pretty good to me NuffNuff, vast improvement on stock ride height. Perhaps the way I should have gone after all the hassle (no thanks to bloody Pedders) with my KW coilovers although got them sorted now finally.

I've done S3 into an Octavia.

The holes will line up - you might have to grind off a locator pin. Airbag connector might be different to - nothing that a soldering iron & heat shrink cant fix.

thanks mate, yeah im quite happy with how it is. i didnt want to go crazy low because the 3 of us are in it every day and we do about 500-600km a week and i have another car for fun.

i did go up to healesville today, it drove way waaaay better than stock when going hard. i have way more confidence in it as its not just bouncing down the road at high speed getting upset from a previous bump. comfort wise i honest dont see much of a difference, its there but hardly noticeable when the performance and confidence boost is so great

if people dont want to do shocks, i highly recommend the eibach pro kit

If you're in need of any 6n1 parts, odds are that I am going to have them (dismantling 2 at the moment)

How much did the eibachs set you back?

                              • Hey mate, they were $500 for the springs. Fitted then myself. I think to get it done it only about $100+more for a wheel alignment after a week or two.

I'll take it in for a wheel alignment soon as I've already done 500km in a couple of days
