From a very junior member to the forums I think both topics are relevant to the thread title. Having said that I think it would be nice to have separate threads so people interested in either topic do not have to trawl through one or the other to find what they are interested in.

If you had them painted could you pleses tell me the coulor name and code if any.

Woah mate, no joke there whatsoever. The great ocean road is the biggest war memorial in the world and it was constructed by predominantly 1300 returned servicemen from world war one and it pays honour to them and their efforts along with the sacrifice of those who will never return.

No its not factory colour, had them painted by a friend of mine. Dont know the colour code, but I do know it was some kind of antracite with very very small pearls in it (they are sold now and the new owner wreched them in a week, so I cant take any better pictures)

True and there are some little towns that were established just inland from the road for these servicemen. Some of them have been abandoned over the years as populations fell and shifted (one near Timboon / Port Campbell springs to mind)

What exactly happened? Were they just scraped or have they been cracked?

Ordered the APR CAI for the Polo GTI.

Will have it fitted on the 11th July when I get my car retuned as well.
