    Dealer Praise....

    We all seem to bang on about bad experiences so much (I'm as guilty as Schapelle), so I thought I'd mention good dealer experiences I have had....

    Solitaire at Medindie (South Australia) have really been wonderful. I can't give them enough praise for what they do.

    While they are let down by VGA's pathetic service.... Solitaire have been great.
    I don't care much for people blaming the messenger....

    BUYING: That would be Tony, the now sales manager at Chatswood. Best car sales person I have ever dealt with.

    Great deal, even better service.

    SERVICING: Subaru Atarmon, best service dept I have ever dealt with, for anything relating to repairs and service.

      The Hutchinson Volkswagen in Mildura purchase experience has been very positive so far. The guy I have been dealing with is Wes, very honest and down to earth, bonus, he returns emails, phone calls and keeps me up to date with my order. BTW, I am not affiliated with any dealership or VGA.

        Kristy Hanson is who I deal with at Solitaire and also Tony Mercurio.

        They have been so helpful even arranging my crazy requests.

        I cannot sing tyheir praises more really..... and I am not associated with the dealer or VGA.

          I'm using Solitaire at Hawthorn. Good too. Dealt with the Sales Manager and Jeremy. There's one sales person there who I know others have had issues with (won't name) but the ones I dealt with have been good. Just a long wait. Oh so long.

              Patrick at Camberwell is quite good.

              Zero pressure, quite knowledgable and provides regular updates.

                VW (Denlo, Parramatta)

                Jamie (GTI specialist) at VW Denlo in Church St. Parramatta provided excellent service. I also met the general manager who was friendly and helpful.
