2010 Polo Drive Away Prices. Share what you ended up paying.
I got a Candy white Polo GTI with comfort pack only for $32800 drive away. I thought it was a standard sort of deal, but some of these prices seem alot lower. I had no bargaining power when i ordered (Jan) as stock was so limited (and still is).
77TSI manual, Candy White, No VW options, Window tint & Mats - $22k drive away.
Very happy with the Polo, but had some initial computer coding issues (from VW build) which are now resolved.
Dealer sales and and then fault resolution was very good.
CW 5dr + Comfort + Audio + Tint + Bi-Xenons was going to be $36.7K at a great dealer here in Canberra. I was going to order but delivery date in 2012 put me off. Saved hard and took a 5dr manual Golf GTI instead for only $6K more.
Anyone give me a rough idea what I should be paying for a 77TSI Comfortline in Candy White, with rubber mats, scuff plates and bootliner. I've been quoted a drive away price of $23,500 from a dealer in Brisbane for delivery in June. However discountnewcars.com.au, gives the drive away price as $23, 266.

However, because of the lack of supply, getting a discount can be harder.

That's your cue to shop around. Get the comfort pack at least thrown in as there's a $2195 dealer delivery fee in there (that's what DNC.com shows for Vic, might be a little different in QLD) which you should be able to haggle down to $1000.

Yeh I have quoted this to the dealer in Brisbane but am awaiting a reply from him. However I keep hearing how these cars are in demand and that there is only one 77TSI in candy white coming into Brisbane in June. However am not naieve to believe dealers selling tactics lol. I'll keep looking about. Is fairly easy to buy a car interstate and have it shipped to QLD, anyone done that?
