Hi everyone-
I have a 2014 (MY15) 1.2 TSI Polo with ~86000 km on it. I've noticed it takes a bit of effort to shift 1st through 3rd - it's not super hard, per say, but just requires a bit more force/effort compared to my dad's old 2000 Beetle, which you can practically do with your pinky.
Clutch feels fine, but I'm wondering if the shift lever and corresponding bushings need lubrication (which is what it *feels* like), or it's further down in the gearbox. I'm super clueless about mechanical things like this and don't want to get taken for a sucker by a mechanic, so any guidance is welcome!
Thanks in advance!
