Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

Not sure if the current gen is better, but my mc ti was a dog to trundle in.
No lag and plenty of go when you are up it, and cornered well when you are up it to, but just cruising and need to take a corner and it would steer slower than the titanic (which it became known as)
Dare i say superb or occy?

I was driving md titanium and I was impressed how handling. Cornering nice, plenty power for overtaking. This was 2016 wagon.
Passat are definitely better quality inside, outside but.md comes with full options. Still like more pasat engine ( old habit) [emoji3]

The MD Mondeo is a highly underrated Car.
I have owned a 2016 Mondeo Titanium Wagon TDCi and also a 2017 Mondeo Titanium EcoBoost.
Both fantastic cars, though the EcoBoost was very thirsty (averaged around 14L/100kms).
The TDCi on the other hand was more like 7L/100km.

Would I get another one? Yes...
