Bluetooth music streaming stuck and Apple CarPlay black screen?

Did anyone here meet the situation that Bluetooth streaming was stucking on the screen or Apple CarPlay got a total black screen and disconnected?

Which scenario are you talking about - Bluetooth streaming or apple carplay? They are different. Carplay requires a USB connection, Bluetooth won't work WITH a USB connection.

Start with the basics. For Bluetooth, ensure your device is updated with latest software. Check its operation by connecting it for streaming to another Bluetooth unit. For Carplay, check the cable is correct (some after-market cables won't work with apple products).

What model of iPhone, and what iOS software version are you using?
