They are the 18" "Monterrey" wheels.
They were once an option on the R-Line, but became standard later in the model years.
As for paint code, can't help you there.
If you have damaged a wheel, plenty of mobile touch up guys that could assist.
At least they are not a "Machine Face", then you need to get them CNC Machined to make them look correct.
