Hi guys, just wondering if Im changing my wheels on R36 (18in 41 offset) to R (19in 50 offset) wheels. Do I need to take the tyre pressure sensors out of my current wheels and install them on the new wheels?
Hey mate, are the 19's wider then the factory wheels? If not with that offset the wheel will sit further inside the guard compared to the factory 18's.
Also the sensors will need to be swapped from the original wheels to the new to monitor pressure. However if they are not installed the TPMS system will turn off, there won't be any lights or warnings on the cluster.
