Service overdue question...

I am due to 75k service but I do not think I can make it on time. Is any damage to engine if I drive 1000 km over and do service at 76.000.
I drive most highway km and doing around 1000km per week.

Highly unlikely to cause any damage.

If you're concerned, maybe just check the oil, etc.
