Passat b7 sunroof doesn't work at all

Called the dealer today in SA. They quoted 7000-7500 for below

- Replace sunroof curtain
- Remove and replace sunroof rubber seals

Surely that's the "we don't want to deal with that mess price."

I think paying €7 for erWin access and downloading all the guides to check how hard it is would be a good idea.

That's true. I'm sure I can find the rubber seals. My mission now is to replace the blind and make the interior look better

The VW parts department at your local dealer will probably be your best bet, you pay a bit more, but you get OEM parts and fast delivery.
I don't have access to ETKA at the moment, but the parts guys at VW can look up the part numbers.
