Euro Plug wiring

I have bought the LED load box module lead to be able to tow a trailer with LED lights.
But I now need another lead to take the 13 pin euro to a flat to be able to plug the lead into.

Is it possible to re wire the 13 pin into a 7 flat? I only need the indicators, brake and lights. Whats the best way to delete the extra wires, and will it cause any faults?

I am pretty certain you can buy these adaptor leads from the likes of super cheap, autobarn or repco mate. Looks like this.
