  • Servicing Gippsland

    Hi Everyone,
I have a 2012 Passat TDI Wagon. Done nearly 120,000km. All my servicing so far has been done by the Local VW dealer in Morwell. I'm now living around the Warragul area now, though I haven't had a problem with the vehicle yet, I'm dreading the next service is going to cost me a small fortune. I'm still on the original brake linings (country driving) but judging by my service reports they are going to need changing. That combined with the DSG service is going to add up big! The Dealer has quoted me around $600-$700 to change the pads.
Does anyone know of anywhere else I could get my servicing done around the Gippsland/South Eastern Suburbs.
    Cheers

    Hi Melts75

If your not fussed with taking it to a VW dealer go and see the guys from Ron's Autos in Warragul, they have always serviced my work vehicles and are honest guys, If you want another dealer try Berwick VW, I've never had a problem with there service either (we used to take our R36 there for servicing), just don't go out the front and try and get a decent price for a new car

    Cheers 4paw

      Thanks for the response 4paw

Did you ever get the brakes done on the r36? That's my main concern as the Dealer in Morwell has always been reasonable with all the other prices I've had.

Hi Melts I'm a fellow Warragul local who drives all the way to thomastown (volksworld) to get servicing done. They are VW fanatics and way cheaper than a dealer.
There is one guy in Warragul who says they service VW BMW etc who advertise in the local rag. I can never remember where or who they are, they may be worth a try.
I will not take my car to Morwell to get serviced.....
My car is a 2011 diesel wagon the YOB.... Lots of dents and country kms.
