After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Obviously, leaving them along is easier on the service centre and customers pocket, until replacement time.
Google would give you better answers on the subject, than opinions off the forum.
Here's mine though. I use copper plugs, tighten the gap over the factory setting and replace them when I get misfires.

I run Iridium plugs. They cost about $50/set off eBay (Denso) and they stay in 60-90,000km & look like new when they come out.
Copper plugs are about $6/each aren't they? So they'd need to last 45,000km+.

As for SCA, while they are good for cheap tools, oil & car care products, they aren't a place I buy proper replacement parts from.
