Body repair shop in Brisbane?

Does anyone know of a good panel beater/repair shop in Brisbane worth recommending?

My wife called earlier this evening to let me now that she accidentally scraped the rear passenger door on her 2008 125TDI Passat (Black). The funny thing was that she was moving it undercover to avoid a storm!

I'll receive a photo tomorrow that should provide a better idea of what we're up against.

Resprayed rear bumper of our Jetta after someone rear ended my wife. Had the bonnet resprayed at the same time for a nominal fee also. Did great work as far as I am concerned

have used them a few times already. Results are great. I'd also stay from Domroy Prestige at Moorooka. I had my Merc repaired there after a girl hit me running a stop sign.

Had to get them to re-spray my damage twice before I was happy with it. First time they just touched up some cracked paint which looked like someone dabbed it with liquid paper. Didn't even remove the flaking paint. Second time they chipped the door edge - clearly from not being careful enough when screwing the door hinge back on with a socket. Told them to spray it properly and not to try and touch it up like someone with a liquid paper pen.

B&I are good, but Ray pumps so much work through there they often miss the little details.

I'd head to Luke at G&A Wolfe Smash Repairs at Northgate. He's a car guy and take extra special care of cars. Tell him Brad sent you and he'll look after you.

Great thanks! My wife returns (with her car) tomorrow night. Looks like I have some good choices.

If things go well, there are also some imperfections in my R36 I'd like to have fixed at some point.

We got my wife's car back from G&A Wolfe Smash Repairs today. They did a nice job on it at a very reasonable price - also did a polish to remove a bunch of minor scratches from around the car.

Luke was great to deal with and I'm hoping to book my R36 in soon (few minor pin-dents and scratches here and there).





The best part is that I get my R36 back during work hours (wife was using it this week). Unfortunately, she scraped my front passenger mag this morning .. I guess that's what I deserve for using her Dyson during the Dynaudio Retrofit..
