Viezu service?

I have been researching chipping the ECU on my Passat 1.8TSI & settled on Viezu. I sent an email request regarding chipping my car from the Viezu website 3 weeks ago to the South Australian dealer & had no reply.

I really wanted this done prior to Easter trip & preferred the Viezu due to the DSG tune in addition to the ECU upgrade.

Failing a response can anyone suggest an ECU upgrade company in Adelaide? Have you had it done & what are the benefits?
