R36 replacing Parking Lights

Just wondering how do I remove the parking lights on a R36 (these are the ones that come on with my HID lights, not cornering lights.) I can remove the plastic cover on the rear of the headlight housing but it seems I can only easily remove the cornering lights and not reach the parking lights).

Does anyone have any pics of which bit I should be removing to take the parking globes out? These would be H5 sized also? Thanks

Thanks for the walk through and info, just what I am after. I am thinking of getting the Philips CrytalVision globes which have the H7 globes (I'm guessing these are the right ones for the cornering lights) and also W5W globes for the parkers.
