nearside mirror glass dropped out and sagging tailgate struts

Guys, i'm a newbie, where would i get a new mirror from? Can anyone recommend an online seller? Is it just glued in/on with some silicone?

Also need a pair of wagon tailgate struts.

Any tips great appreciated.

mirrors just clip in.. find a guide to remove the mirror, get part number and check online at places such as OEM / Performance Parts for Audi, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Mini, Porsche & Volkswagen - ECS Tuning
