maybe its best to get the dealer do the job for me. rather than the usual tyre shop.

It should be fine so long as the tyre fitter is aware of the TPMS sensors, but the tyre dealer may or may not have the correct TPMS rebuild kits on site, nor will they be able register the new sensors unless they have the required diagnostic tool.
It may be useful to ask the dealer which shop they sublet all their tyre and wheel work to.

Just want to get a second opinion.
I feel like something is not right with my tire sensor, so I did some testing to make sure the sensor is installed and working. Here is the test.
Test 1. I drop the air pressure of the front right and rear right tires down to 15psi and reverse back and forth in my drive way several times.
Outcome: no warning sign.
Test 2. I remove the front right wheel and fit my new Audi 18's wheel with no sensor and with 25psi and reverse back and forth in my drive way.
Outcome: no warning sign
I think for some reason the tire sensor function has been over ridden. I can still press the reset button and it make the sound.
I don't know if I have a different sensor or what, can anyone share me some light?2009 Tiguan TDI and 2007 Passat TDI

In short, a direct TPMS has at least four TPMS sensors (Google Image search "tpms sensor") fitted inside the wheel on the rim flange. An indirect TPMS doesn't.
Due to its operating principles, an indirect TPMS usually cannot instantly detect differences in inflation pressure. The results of your experiment would suggest that your car has an indirect TPMS... and if that's really the case, then you don't have any TPMS sensors to worry about.
