DeliverPlus tracking is still, after 10 days, showing that the item has not been dispatched. My order history on unqshop.com says that the item has been sent. After creating the dispute case, PayPal displayed the message "Your seller is currently unable to respond to this dispute" and asked if I wanted to escalate it immediately to a claim, which I did as this was the only option other than cancelling the dispute. My understanding is that this occurs if the seller's PayPal account has been suspended or if there have been previous issues with them.
So, it looks like I'm about to find out how well PayPal's claim resolution works. I would strongly suggest that anyone considering doing business with unqshop.com use extreme caution. It's possible that this is all just a misunderstanding, but I'm not hopeful.
