Can anybody share experiences with either Sutherland VW or Barloworld Five Dock for servicing? Have to get my first service on a Passat V6 wagon and want to stick with the dealer in gear of future DSG issues. These 2 are the closest to work or home. Thanks in advance!

Although I don't get my golf serviced at Barlo they did replace my DSG under warranty with out any hassels.

yes they were ok took them a few day ,first they replaced the mechatronic unit but the problem was still there , then they decided to replace the whole Gearbox .
