Just got an email from Leaseplan. Due to "delays in holding yard" delivery delayed to May 15.

WTF? What are those government drones doing? Doing some wheelies and burn outs? It's a blimmin' car from Germany not a load of highly suspect hollow statues form the Golden Triange!

Seriously, how did all your dealers manage to get the car from the docks to you in a few days, while I have to wait weeks?!

Not sure what happened. Car was landed in Melbourne on 6th of April. Was a the dealers in Hobart on the 19th and picked up by me on the 26th. I could have had it earlier but it suited me to pick it up when I did.

I suspect it's because they OVERshot their estimate, after I've been giving them hell.

Not going to ask, just hope there's no last minute snafu.
