Cluster Passat 2008

Hey all just wanted to know if anyone has heard or seen it done. Looking at my cluster in my car I have 08 wagon was thinking bout getting another one and playing round with it buy putting boost gauge oil temp etc in the cluster had anyone done it or am I crazy?

Or I am thinking a head unit that can do it if anyone heard one

Too hard, changing the cluster involves coding the immobiliser, a trip to the dealer.

Tigger73 sells that FIS thingy, no idea if that would work for you.

Changing cluster in Passat does not involve immo coding, you are thinking of golf and other vehicles where immo is in the cluster. immo module is separate in Passat.

Yep they dont have the immob in the cluster, seperate unit behind glovebox, linked to the steering lock ecu and BCM. Also in the loop is the key unit.
