Removal of rear interior light

Can anyone tell me how to remove this light. There's little dead bugs in the map lights and wanting to clean out. Thanks all

I would just start using a little force and then reef it out

Yeah long flat head screwdriver wrapped in a tissue so not to damage edge of light housing & roof lining.

Thanks all. Managed to get it off all clean now yay
