I have read your post a number of times & not sure exactly what you mean? Are you saying you have been to VW Sth Yarra & will never go back or you have had favourable dealings with them?

I wont go back there as the were not very helpful both sales and service.

My problem with SouthYarra (extended to their skoda dealership) is they seem to have a policy of not accepting bank cheque on the day of pickup, very strange as I have heard of another dealer with that policy, and they tried to blame Skoda but it is their policy. Otherwise I was happy enough with the sales procedure, and certainly am with the car, other than telling me the only car they could get in the colour I wanted had MDI and they wanted another $160 from me..---------------
