2006 4 Motion Wheel Noise

Hi guys, I have an 06 4 motion that has a very subtle grinding or rough rotation type of noise & feeling from the front wheels at low speeds. It's nothing that you would be alarmed about & I have attributed it to tyre noise or firm suspension or even just a 4motion quirk? It could be bearings but I have only done 80,000 km & it's only present at low speeds. There is also a groan when turning full lock right sometimes when I turn into a carpark, like power steering pump loading up kind of noise.

Any thoughts before I take it to a dealer for their opinion?
