Paintless dent repair Sydney Western Suburbs?

Hello everyone
can someone recommend me a paintless dent repair service in the West Sydney (Parramatta or Lower Blue Mountains)?
My Passat suffered some debris damage from a truck on the M4 (grrr grrr) and I have a nice little 20 cent size ding on the front bonnet. Fortunately the 3M Shield stopped any paint damage.
