Thanks Ricker....it will want to be, it came down to this and a V8 SSV Redline Sportwagon the fact that it went hard (enough-ish) + the tech + the Q-ship incognito + that interior swung it...
would have had that car six months ago.... So this better be good
(I reckon it will be, and I am getting excited)

what next?... what next?
Scotty, on the freeway it was getting around the 8.5-9 mark & now back in the city about 15-16 so can't see any huge change to the previous model. It is a sublime engine though...........
John, I am sure you will be impressed with the car. I went & had a go in a Redline Commodore sedan about 4 months ago & i'll be straight with you mate, only the engine in terms of outright power is any better. In saying that the 3.6 is a big V6 & big V6's & are just awesome pieces of equipment. The V6 is more refined & the whole package is so much better than the Commodore Redline. The Passat is simply a better screwed together car & you know it from the moment you sit in it start the engine & get going. German teutonic brilliance.....
