  • Meet my new 4 Motion

Hi folks been looking for one of these for quite some time. My A4 B6 was getting on and we needed a bigger car and of course i still wanted some power alonbg with practicality. Audi was a superb car and served us very well, i still have one and will probably always have one in one shape or form, however picked myself up a Passat V6 4Motion Wagon, this thing has ticked all the boxes and i get a grin when i hear the barble from the motor, ive been around these things for moons and would think i would be used to it but you just cant help but grin when you crack them open im sure you will agree. Great package family wagon with R32 power. Here is a couple of pics. Have a couple of nice changes in mind but will all come in time, hmm time a thing a dont have a lot of these days

    Cheers

Mate you are not wrong, doesnt need much, trying to keep it tame enough for the wife yet have it bark when i get the remote chance to drive it, Got to keep fairly quiete, mind you thats the great thing about it, you can drive around like miss daisy and its really quiete, but get into it and it barks nice and loud. For now either ill put nice tips on or go see a great contact i have for a custom jobbie ( more than likely option 2!!!) possible colour code?? Might drop it a bit later and if some nice CC 19inch wheels should cross my path well then yes otherwise i might space out the BBS for now, they kind of have grown on me anyway. Oh and the obligitory touch screen unit. In fact thats probably 1st think i talked the other half into it today Spent some time coding all the goodies today, Was a one owner from new and half of all the tricks had never been enabled. Soon changed that!! But credit to him not sure if he is one here but he really looked after it, every recall, campaign, squeek rattle and regular servicing. I only found out about that after i bought it and looked the service folder so was pleasantly surprised.
              Cheers

                  nice one!

yeh with a nice drop and some OEM+ looks it certainly will be a nice daily. Also look at the Audi TT option 19" Mesh wheels. Would set it off a treat!

Once the missus get's bored are you going to turbo it?

Hey mate, our cars are twins, mine is silver also, same wheels - mine is an 06 with approx 42k klms on it. Can I ask what model (age), kays and options it has ? Is it possible to ask the ballpark figure you paid as I am trying to get a feel for what they are worth these days in the event mine goes on the market next year.... mine is fitted with sunroof and electric memory seats as options.

                        Thanks.

Welded on some subtle tips today to dress up the Zorst. Have some muffer plans but will be speccy, going to flange it just before the split so i can have the option to revert if its too much for the boss, ie wife hehe. Next spent hours checking wheel options. See the ones i want but having to hold back as i go on holiday today. Going to space here out a bit with what i got for now. Ordered some other bling for the engine bay all subtle though. i love doing stuff on my customers cars but its heaps more fun with your own, thought i would be over it, but far from it lol.
Also just ordered a nice set of Plates for it. Bout time
                          Cheers for now
