I wouldn't mind having a colour MFD, but I wouldn't want to give up my blue needles for the privilege. I wonder if you can just swap the MFD?

    Climatronicpanel from CC
Most B6s from 2010 onwards should have had the newer 2-dial Climatronic panel anyway.

    Watch from B7
I think I prefer to have those handy little knickknack drawers.

I wouldn't want to loose the knicknack draws either.
Nothing there worth the effort IMHO

          Fussy!

I just realised that it looks as though VW has moved the parking brake control from the dashboard next to the headlight switch down to the button cluster around the gearshift. Makes sense. I've had my R36 since October, and I STILL find myself reaching for the non-existent handbrake lever every so often.

i dont think you lose the draws if you put the clock as it replaces the hazard light switch.

              premium mfd

i wonder if premium mfd swap would need coding from dealer? I have read mixed reports but i think that the immo unit is not in cluster for passat like it is for golf. it could be inside another computer called kessy but that might only be for the keyless entry models that we don't get.
