Advantage of RNS510 over standard system

Ok, what are the features of the RNS510 over the standard system in the R36?

I am thinking of doing the upgrade to get the satnav, but what other advantages does it have, does it have blutooth? I know about the HD for music, but I already use my iPod for that.

It has a hard drive and sat-nav.
I believe you can also play dvd's on it but io don't know if the RCD510 can do that as well.
All extra functionality requires other parts i.e. you have to purchase the blutooth module as an extra, you can't just plug a reverse camera in (requires av harness)

This is why a lot of people look to the pioneer units that have everything built in.

Anybody know if there's any sound quality differences between the RCD510 and the RNS?

We're also belatedly thinking of upgrading to satnav & BT, but the financial outlay seems a bit steep. Better sound would probably tip me over. It would be attached to the factory dynaudio upgrade.
