R36 Resonator Replacement

Anyone replaced the std resonator on the R36 with something with a bit more flow?
Want a little more note but don't want it loud or droney.
Deleting the resonator seems popular on the Golfs but that's too loud for me

I have hi-flow cats instead of the standard ones and it does provide more flow.
