I've just bought a 2004 Passat V6 30V 3B3.
It's a beautiful car to drive and with enough power for my needs. It's got 78000kms on the clock and I beleive that the timing belt needs to be replaced at 90000kms. Ca you tell me if this is going to be a very expensive job?
Also the rear brake pads need replacing and it has been suggested to me that the pads and the discs are usually replaced together. Can you confirm if this is true and once again what would this job cost.
What oil am I supposed to use. Do I have to specifically buy the oil from a VW shop or can you guys recommend the type of oil that I can use.
