if you don't mind me asking, why are you selling.....not happy with the car?
No the cars fantastic. I'm buying into a Franchise and the R36 will not be practicable. When I purchased in March I hadn't planned on a lifestyle change.
Going to miss it though.
I drove that Wagon and it's VERY nice.
So nice I ordered my R36 through Dermot.
I also test drove that wagon.
But, in the end I really wanted a blue one.
Didn't think I would be able to get one as, so I was told, VW weren't taking any more orders and non of the Perth dealers had one.
I was contemplating my options and discussing with my wife that I might have to buy the white demo.
I had to go to Bunbury for business the next day, dropped in to see the VW dealer there and he said I'll get you a new blue one.
2 hours later he had done just that and we did a deal.
I missed out on all the stuff that the demo white one had fitted but got the colour I wanted.
Only had to wait about 6 weeks.
By coincidence I got the call it had arrived on the day my wife went into labour, which was the very reason I wanted the car in the first place. Got to be happy with that.

Congrats mate!...I too got this car as the famil is expanding Too bad the wife didn't like the wagon, else more space for the family but am happy with our choice.
Neil, congrats on the new addition to the family, hope all is going well with mum and bub.
I was in the same boat, and glad we got the wagon..just a lot easier to load in and out ALL the stuff that comes along with a baby. Really paid off when we travelled up to Canberra & Sydney for Easter with every nook and cranny of the car packed with baby stuff!
Sedan or Wagon at least the enjoyment is the same!!
Cheers,
Jayse.

I hasten to add I'd be happy with either the wagon or sedan!
Had a chat today with an owner of a new M3 who was gobsmacked with the lines and interior of the R36 (there aren't too many R36s in the ACT). He didn't believe the price for all the kit and performance - 'the ultimate sleeper' has now become 'the ultimate bang-for-buck'!
