  • Correct wheel offset for 19 inch rims

thinking of going for 19 x 8.5's I know current offset of my 17's is 47 but with going to 19's and a wider rim am I correct in assuming I should go for a 35 offset??

    Googlel wheel offset calculator.
i belive 1010tyres and tirerack have one.

You will need to decrease the offset value as you go with a wider wheel to keep the same distance.
Might want to make sure that the ider wheel will clear the suspension/brakes/wheel arch though.

I'm just about to install my 19x8.5 ET35 wheels and (Hopefully) should have no issues. I say hopefully as everything I have read indicates that it should not rub however when looking at the car it's quite decieving, more so now as just fitted H&R springs (Which has lowered a little more than I thought).
