Well, enjoying the 97-hour weekend brought about by reverting the clocks so they don't fade the curtains, I reset the clock in the car and turned the daylight saving setting off. All was good, until my wife drove the car, using her key.. and the car jumped to the daylight saving setting again. After a couple of frustrating days with the clock jumping forward or backwards depending on which key was used, it's all set now, but by having to set the clock to the correct time with each key. What was annoying was that sometimes it would remember that with her key, daylight saving was active, I'd drive with my key, and it would turn it off, winding the clock back another hour, or I'd use my key with daylight saving off, she'd drive, and it would turn it back on again...
Anyone else had the same issue?? Seems a bit strange that a clock setting isn't overriding on anything on the keys..
Will mention it when I get the 60,000km service done in a couple of weeks, see what sort of response I get. Vaguely recall this happening last year as well..
