Hail Damage to my 125TDI :((

Hail damage suffered in Perth's once-in-a-lifetime storm last Monday.
Every panel is damaged, windscreen severely cracked. Otherwise fine, but the insurance assessor suggests it will be a writeoff. If so, I need to decide on a replacement, will not move away from the 125TDI with DSG, a great combination, but have not kept up with changes...is the Highline an option upgrade???

Highline

Just bought my MY10 Passat 125TDI wagon, it now comes standard with Highline spec at the same cost (iiuc). Shame about the hail damage, did your weather bureau put out a warning beforehand? (just want to figure out how we can avoid a repeat, we had bad hail here 2 weeks before I picked up the car, luckily the dealer has undercover storage)

I feel your pain,my beloved Jetta got hit in the Melbourne storm just over 3 weeks ago,I am still so sad.....
