When I ordered the car I found it impossible to find a good realistic piccy of the Icelandic Grey on the web. I was in a state of trepidation till I collected the car & are now (a week later) coming to like the colour.
So ---- I took the car off to Damien at FI detailing on Sat for the stage 1 & the paint protection. He made it look a million bucks and I will post links when he gets them on his site.
These pics were taken around 2pm on a semi-sunny Melb day (not the best time) -- most were taken with a long lens around 50 feet away. Some are with a WA lens. None of the pics have been p'shopped at all.
The fotos were shot by a multi Walkley award winning Press snapper. The camera body was around 20kAUD Nikon with lens (and $$$) to suit.
I really hope that ppl can get to see what a nice colour this is - really changeable --- sometimes blue/grey sometimes blue/green.
Actually a terrier ---- An Irish Terrier to be precise --- one of the best dogs in the universe
Oops, sorry! What's the terriers's name?
Also, I'm curious to know if the photographer used a tripod? I ask because I am crap at tacking sharp shots with out one, so whenever I see such sharp shots I wonder how they do it. Sorry to go this far OT.
